Groundbreaking set in Liberty for new hotel
LIBERTY — Steel and Liberty LLC and Liberty Township officials will take part in a groundbreaking ceremony at 11 a.m. today for the Marriott Town Plaza Suites at 1610 Motor Inn Drive.
The project was granted a community reinvestment area agreement for a partial tax abatement by the Trumbull County commissioners last May. The agreement is a 75 percent, 10-year tax abatement.
