Feb. 16, 6:48 p.m. — Kirsten E. Hart, 18, 51977 state Route 14, East Palestine, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

4 p.m. — Jordan T. Grant, 19, 2653 Elm Drive, Girard, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

12:31 p.m. — Theft of an Ohio license plate reported at 1675 S. Turner Road.

Feb. 15, 4:56 p.m. — Bradford R. Pirigyi, 47, 1420 Tuscarawas St., Canton, was arrested by Stark County Sheriff’s Office deputies on a Mahoning County Court warrant for failure to appear.

2:23 p.m. — A resident of Wilcox Road was scammed out of $7,500 and was a possible identity theft victim.

Feb. 14, 12:30 p.m. — A woman suffered severe lacerations to her left arm, claiming it was accidental, at a Ferdinand Drive residence.

Feb. 13, 1:30 a.m. — Shamar T. Bell, 23, 487 N. Four Mile Run Road, Austintown, was arrested by Lisbon police on an Austintown warrant for failure to appear.

12:20 a.m. — Ti-Lia O. Moore, 22, 4843 Westchester Drive, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of obstructing official business and on a Youngstown warrant for assault, following a call to 4823 Westchester Drive regarding a disturbance.

Feb. 12, 1:09 a.m. — John A. Kloos, 26, 552 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for speeding (54 mph in a 35 mph zone) following a traffic stop on South Raccoon Road.

Feb. 11, 7:20 p.m. — Teresa M. Whitehead, 48, 1318 Short St., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia (crack pipe), and was taken into custody on an undisclosed Columbiana County warrant following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue.

3 a.m. — Fione E. Ruane, 23, 4701 Woodhurst Drive, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct following an investigation into a person sitting near the curb on Westchester Drive in 29-degree weather.

2:37 a.m. — Anthony Seidita, 57, 838 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of theft and criminal trespass following a call to Sheetz, 5499 Mahoning Ave., regarding a theft from the business.

Feb. 7 — Hmun Lal, 45, 90 N. Broad St., Canfield, was arrested on an undisclosed Columbiana County warrant following a traffic stop on Brookpark Drive.

Feb. 7 — Julius Jose, 37, 258 W. Third St., Mansfield, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana), and Robert McClure, 31, 999 Township Road 1451, Ashland, was cited for an expired registration following a traffic stop on West Main Street.

Bowden, 38, 27 Willis Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and possession of drug abuse instruments (capped syringe with clear liquid), following a call to Get Go Center, 133 Boardman-Poland Road, regarding an intrusive customer refusing to leave the store.
