The Vindicator is sponsoring a Canfield Fair coloring contest for children, with entries being accepted until Aug. 26.

The coloring page can be found on page B6 of today’s newspaper and also can be downloaded from The Vindicator website at www.vindy.com. Participants are asked to use crayons or colored pencils only.

The page must be the child’s own work and there is one entry permitted per child. Prizes will be awarded for first-, second- and third-place in three age categories: 3 to 5 year olds, 6 to 8 year olds and 9 to 11 year olds.

Winners of the contest will be notified by phone.

Deadline for entries is 5 p.m. Aug. 26 and can be dropped off at The Vindicator offices, 240 Franklin St. SE, Warren, OH 44483. Entries may be displayed at The Vindicator tent in front of the grandstand at the Canfield Fair.
