ITALIAN FESTIVAL: Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Youngstown will host its 25th annual Italian Festival from Thursday to Sunday at the church grounds, 343 Via Mount Carmel Way. Hours are 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday to Saturday and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday with a procession at noon after the 11 a.m. Mass.
