FIRST LOOK: The Youngstown Area Jewish Federation and Akiva Academy will offer a “first look” of the new Altshuler Akiva Academy, Goldstone-Mirkin Family Middle School at the Suzi Solomon Campus in Youngstown. The Youngstown Area Jewish Federation and Akiva Academy broke ground on a new middle school (fifth through eighth grades) earlier this year. The $1.5 million expansion includes four classrooms, office spaces and a multipurpose area designed for Shabbat services.
