Homestead presents wallpaper program
Burchfield Homestead, 867 E. Fourth St., Salem, presents “If Walls Could Talk” from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday in conjunction with Ohio Open Doors.
Visitors will be able to view wallpapers designed by Charles E. Burchfield in the 1920s and make their own wallpaper samples. Burchfield worked for M.H. Birge and Sons of Buffalo before focusing fulltime on resting watercolor paintings.
