Kent State University at Trumbull’s Digital Media Production Center is looking for submissions from local students for its Student Short Film Festival.

Northeast Ohio students from preschool to college are invited to submit 15-second to 12-minute videos appropriate for a general audience. The deadline for submissions is Jan. 15, and the festival will be part of the center’s grand opening Jan. 30 and 31. Winning entries will receive gift cards ranging in value from $30 to $300.
