NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. — Westminster College’s Celebrity Series will celebrate the season with Jackie Evancho, who will perform on campus Dec. 2.

Evancho first gained fame in 2010 at the age of 10, when she finished second in the fifth season of the NBC reality competition series “America’s Got Talent.” The holiday EP she released that year, “O Holy Night,” was the top-selling debut release that year. She’s also released two full-length Christmas albums.

Evancho is the youngest platinum-selling artist of all time.

For “An Evening of Holiday Cheer,” Evancho will sing timeless holiday classics such as “O Holy Night,” “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” “White Christmas” and many more.
