DEAR HELOISE: A simple way to use up leftover pie dough is to just take the odd-shaped pieces, lay them on an ungreased cookie sheet, and sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar. Place them in an oven along with the pie and bake until they’re lightly browned, or for about 5 minutes.
