SNOWFLAKE FESTIVAL: The annual Snowflake Festival in East Palestine is scheduled for Saturday. The Snowflake Festival is sponsored by the East Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce and this year’s annual festival has some added features as well as prior years’ favorites. LIONS CLUB HELPS CHILDREN: The Youngstown Lions Club will host its annual Christmas party for Youngstown City School District students with challenges from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the Saxon Club, 710 S Meridian Road, Youngstown. Youngstown Lions Club members will be serving lunch to the children and Santa will be there to give presents to each child that has been personally selected with the advice from the students’ parents and teachers.
