¯ POLAND 59, LAKEVIEW 16: POLAND — Poland a 30-4 lead at halftime en route to a Northeast-8 rout of Lakeview.

Poland (15-2, 11-0 NE-8) had a balanced scoring attack with 12 players on the board.

Morgan Kluchar and Connie Cougras each had eight points to pace Poland.

≤ SPRINGFIELD 58, SEBRING 35: NEW MIDDLETOWN — Madison Lesnak had 10 of her 17 points in the first quarter as the Tigers handled the Trojans in Mahoning Valley Athletic Conference play.

Kylee Kosek added 14 points for Springfield (8-9, 4-6 MVAC), while Jacey Mullen put in 12.

Emma Whaley paced Sebring (0-10 MVAC) with 14 points, while Delaney Reggi added 10.

¯ GIRARD 57, NILES 35: GIRARD — Marissa Cave and Sieasia Triplett combined for 16 of the Indians 20 points as Girard outscored the Red Dragons 20-8 in the third quarter.

Triplett led the Indians (10-8, 6-5 Northeast-8) with 19 points, while Cave had 18.

Sophie Griffith had all six of her points in the first quarter as Girard took a 15-8 lead in the first quarter.

¯ JEFFERSON 42, HUBBARD 34: JEFFERSON — Megan Jacobs had 13 points to lead the Falcons over the Eagles in this Northeast-8 battle.

Jackie Adler paced Hubbard (1-16, 0-12) with 11 points.

¯ McDONALD 57, JACKSON-MILTON 35: NORTH JACKSON — Molly Howard and Sophia Constantino combined for 11 of the Blue Devils 19 points in the second quarter as McDonald took command by halftime, up 29-15.

Molly Howard had a game-high 19 points for the Blue Devils (14-1, 11-0 Mahoning Valley Athletic Conference), while Constantino added nine. Molly Howard put in 10 points, while Taylor Tuchek had nine.

Abby Spalding paced Jackson-Milton (8-6, 7-4) with 11 points.

¯ LEETONIA 65, HEARTLAND CHRISTIAN 38: COLUMBIANA — Anna Buffone had a game-high 18 points to lead the Bears past the Lions.

Ella Gregorino added 12 points, while Megan Rosko put in 11 for Leetonia (10-7).

Sydney Ogden paced Heartland Christian with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

¯ EAST PALESTINE 70, WELLSIVLLE 36: EAST PALESTINE — Joclyn Fristik tied a career high with 30 points with 23 of them coming in the second and fourth quarters. The Bulldogs outscored the Tigers 56-17 in those two, 8-minute stanzas.

Kenzee Johnston added 15 points for East Palestine (9-5).
