Fitch, Liberty post big wins

¯ FITCH 75, CHANEY 26: YOUNGS-TOWN — The Falcons put three players in double-digit scoring and almost had a fourth and cruised to the win after leading the host Cowboys 39-10 at halftime.

Jocelyn Jourdan scored 20 points, Zayda Creque scored 13, Ashley Mickey added 10 points and Mya McNevin had nine for the Falcons, who improved their record to 7-8 overall.

Cazhia Jackson scored 13 to pace Chaney, which fell to 1-14.

¯ LIBERTY 55, BROOKFIELD 25: LIBERTY — The host Leopards used a 15-3 first quarter to lead 22-12 at halftime and then pulled away with a 32-11 second half to roll to victory in a All-American Conference Blue Tier contest.

Demi Watson, Shar’Da Williamson and Cianna Smith all scored 11 points for Liberty, which increased its record to 13-3 overall and 6-1 in league play. Delia Watson and Allyson Jones both added nine points.

Sophia Hook scored 17 points to pace the Warriors, who dropped to 4-9 overall and 1-6 in the loop.

¯ HARDING 65, BOARDMAN 31: WARREN — The host Raiders opened strong, with a 21-11 first quarter, but didn’t pull away until a 16-6 third quarter pushed a 13-point halftime lead to 46-23.

Harding (14-2, 4-0 AAC-Red) was led by Faith Burch and Kamarah Bender, who scored 16 points apiece, and Diamond Phillips who added 10 points.

The Spartans got six points apiece from Bella Martin and Raegan Burkey. Boardman remained winless in league play at 0-4 and dropped to 3-13 overall.
