VOLLEYBALL

Poland 3, Girard 2 — Poland prevailed in a tight match after being down two sets to one, 25-23, 18-25, 20-25, 25-21, and 15-11. Girard had a well rounded attack led by Fiona Allen with 10 kills, six aces, two blocks, and two digs. Chloe Plant added 29 assists, eight digs, three kills, and one ace.

Ursuline 3, Warren G. Harding 0 — No stats were provided.

Bloomfield 3, Leetonia 0 — Bloomfield notched a sweep 25-10, 25-14, and 25-20. Hailey Ishman led the way with 19 service points, 18 digs, 16 assists, and three aces. Peyton Koon added seven kills.

South Range 3, Champion 0 — South Range (13-6) was led by Anna Toy with 15 kills, 13 digs, and two aces, as they swept champion 25-19, 25-11, and 25-17. Addison Freedy added 15 assists, 14 digs, and an ace.

Newton Falls 3, Western Reserve 2 — Newton Falls bounced back from a 2-1 deficit to win in five sets 25-22, 23-25, 26-24, 25-16, and 15-4. Torrie Fanton led the Tigers with 46 assists, 19 digs, and 18 service points. Jada Blutcher added 21 kills and 10 digs, and Karsen Gazda notched 22 points and 10 digs for the Tigers.

GIRLS SOCCER

Warren JFK 4, Ursuline 0 — Laney Condoleon and Sophia Tilley had a goal and an assist each for JFK. The Eagles also got goals from Sophia Bonacker and Carly Dittmer. Ellie Niemi and Olivia Tilley had an assist each.

Crestview 4, LaBrae 0 — Adri Hodge had a goal and an assist to lead the Crestview offense. Shelby Wellman, Haley Harbour, and Isabella Novak also scored for the Rebels. Novak also had an assist.

Maplewood 3, Grand Valley 2 — Morgan Himes scored three times to lead Maplewood. Lauren Krieg had 18 saves in goal for the Rockets.

Canfield 3, Boardman 0 — Canfield (8-3) had a trio of goal scorers in Seva Knepper, Lina Catheline, and Lexi Toporcer. Lexi and Halle Toporcer added an assist each in the Cardinals shut out.

Howland 3, Austintown Fitch 0 — Madison Schmitz found the net three times to lead the Howland (7-3-2) offense. Ava Boothe added an assist and Tigers goalie Taylor Fairchild made three saves.

VOLLEYBALL

West Branch 3, Carrollton 1 — West Banch was taken to four sets but prevailed 26-24, 25-11, 14-25, and 25-23. Audrey Ring was dominant for West Branch, totaling 11 points, 11 digs, 10 kills, 10 blocks, and an assist. Chloey Senor and Kendelle Hoopes added 10 kills each for the Warriors.

Badger 3, Maplewood 2 — Badger (7-8) prevailed in a back and forth contest that went to he distance 25-22, 22-25, 25-29, 17-25, and 15-10 in the deciding set. Morgan Hall had 15 service points and three aces for the Braves. Alison Price added 22 kills and 14 service points, while Bri Lendak had 19 kills.

Chalker 3, Windham 1 — In a match that began 1-1, Chalker won in four sets 25-15, 24-26, 25-20, and 25-23. Katelyn Cook led Chalker with 14 assists, 10 digs,and eight kills. Riley Ashcraft added 11 kills, 10 digs, and two blocks.
