At McKinley Memorial Library, our services are shaped by local needs — whether that means free Wi-Fi access, technology assistance, meeting space or lifelong learning opportunities. For many people in Niles, the library is the only free public space offering reliable internet, technology access and professional assistance.

Local support allows libraries to respond directly to residents in Niles. That flexibility ensures resources are focused where they matter most.

Ohio libraries welcome 48 million visits annually from 7.4 million cardholders, demonstrating the trust communities place in their local libraries.

Public libraries are funded primarily through locally approved property taxes, which are used to support services patrons rely on daily. Protecting strong local libraries helps ensure residents continue to have access to trusted, responsive public services close to home, ensuring residents in Niles continue to have access to trusted resources that support education, employment and daily life.
