To all three Trumbull County Commissioners:

It’s time you stop talking and enact the Homestead Exemption for all Trumbull County seniors. Grow a set, and get it done. You raked in millions from the property tax assessments from the re-evaluations from the past year.

Quit talking and thinking and start doing!

Mr. Malloy. I sent you a letter in 2024 questioning why you were going to add a senior levy to our property taxes. Your comment was “I WANT TO HELP SENIORS STAY IN THEIR HOMES”…..

What I wanted to know is how CHARGING me more to live in my home is helping me stay in my home?

Guess what, I never got an answer, and like that message I sent you in 2024, I would expect this to fall on deaf ears yet again.

Well, if you really want to help seniors stay in their homes as you said, reduce seniors’ property taxes.
