DEAR EDITOR:

It’s hilarious to me that people blame Trump for trying to erode our democracy. Let me inform you — it’s already gone. You see those “Flock” cameras all over Ohio and Pennsylvania? Yes, those were paid for by mostly Democratic-controlled townships and municipalities. And yes, a federal lawsuit against Flock is ongoing.

Those same counties, townships and cities have patrol units with unmarked cars with jet-black windows that we would get a ticket for having window tint that dark on our cars. Yes, our local leaders allow police forces to erode our privacy rights enshrined under the constitution. They are treating law-abiding citizens as criminals.

You can blame Trump all you want, but our democracy is already gone and you, not Trump, are to blame. Russia, China, Iran and Cuba have less mass surveillance against their citizens than we have here.

I am waiting for my deportation flight soon. Comrades, have a good day.
