DEAR EDITOR:

The Vindicator published a letter recently by Terry Crogan about the financial cost of the new president at Youngstown State University, Bill Johnson, and staff. I took a look to see what he and his newly appointed staff have done for YSU since he was appointed in January.

Do a Google search on him to see the accomplishments in his first six months. I found a photo of him holding a bag of pears he had helped to repack into smaller bags. That’s it. Crogan was right to question what Johnson has accomplished. Oh wait, did you know he was seen driving the Tressel-mobile golf cart around campus?

Any information from the board of trustees who appointed him would be in order. Crickets.
