Community school brings positive news
DEAR EDITOR:
Seeing a positive story in the Valley regarding the new Mahoning Valley Community School was so nice.
Kudos to Judge Theresa Dellick and Jen Merritt for having the vision of giving hope to those who may have lost their desire for education. Not only will this school provide education, but it will also provide mental health services and culinary teaching, and it will serve this community in the evenings and weekends. I drive by this building daily and watching the transformation is exciting. After it opens, I can only imagine the change in these young men’s and women’s lives.
Kudos for having that vision.
