DEAR EDITOR:

Dodge City citizens have certainly had enough of the mayhem that has ravaged Youngstown far too long.

All the peace rallies and marches have done little good in making a difference. Nothing is going to change until the people have had enough and are willing to come forward and work with law enforcement to identify the gang members and drug dealers in the neighborhoods so arrests can be made.

Yes, that means you will need to be a “snitch” in order to bring an end to senseless violence that has plagued the city far too long. Children who are 10 years old are meant to live and prosper in our society, not lie dead in the street from a bullet.

Our children are not bulletproof; it is time to say enough is enough. Step up to the plate and make your voice heard.
