When it comes to questions of executive orders or packing the Supreme Court, the hypocrisy of the GOP and camp follower, columnist Cal Thomas, it’s hard to judge the ability of one versus the other.

The GOP, led by Mitch McConnell, refused to even conduct a public hearing for SCOTUS nominees in the last two years of the Obama administration. He then managed to confirm three nominees of Obama’s one-term successor, plus another 30 lifetime appointments to courts of appeals (which can only be overturned by SCOTUS), according to presidency.UCSB.edu.

The GOP has packed more courts than meat packers have sausages.

Thus far, Biden has signed 30 executive orders, mostly to negate useless or damaging work of his predecessor, who signed according to NPR Frontline, on average, 55 over each of his four years in office.
