DEAR EDITOR:

Isn’t it something that in these trying times the president of the United States has to put changing shower heads above the coronavirus.

Congratulations to Joe Biden. He has picked a reliable, honest and extremely smart woman to be his vice president. Our current vice president does absolutely nothing but agree with Donald Trump on everything he says and does.

There are so many things that must be changed by Biden to (as Trump says) “Make America Great Again.” Every one of the countries that were our friends don’t particularly care for us anymore. Trump made enemies of these countries, but he managed to stay friendly to Russia dictator Putin and North Korean dictator Kim Jung Un.

The virus, I hate to say, will be around for a long time, but Trump and Betsy DeVos think all children should be sent back to the school rooms. The virus is getting worse so why would they want to risk children’s lives?

If the voters kick Mitch McConnell to the curb in November and the Democrats gain control of the Senate, then the U.S. will be back to “of, for and by” the people instead of being owned by billionaires and large corporations. Vote in November and vote Democrat.
