WRTA’s good service lifts spirits of rider
DEAR EDITOR:
I’m writing with a much deserved shout-out to the Western Reserve Transit Authority for its compassionate community service by offering continued bus transportation throughout these difficult times.
Although WRTA’s fixed-route service had to be temporarily discontinued, it provided door-to-door service, via prescheduling, to those needing transportation. The schedulers were courteous and kindhearted, and the drivers were friendly and punctual.
I’ve been so impressed by the WRTA. It has been of enormous help to me and many others. A big fan I am.
