Government leaders should cut pay, perks
DEAR EDITOR:
I understand that America is hurting. The financial measures government is taking to aid citizens is enormous.
To accomplish these measures, the funds administered will come only from “We the people.” Taxes may go up, and services may be cut or eliminated.
I ask that our leaders show how much they really care. We need them to take action to reduce some of their pay and perks.
