Spend your free time helping to clean county
So, you are out of work or out of school and have nothing to do. Go out and pick up the trash along the roadsides of Trumbull and Mahoning counties.
Last Thursday, after work I spent about 45 minutes picking up empty beer cans and whiskey bottles on a vacant lot left by the locals. And all that time I kept asking myself, “Why, in such a heavily Democratic area as ours, isn’t the environment a priority?”
Why is there so much litter covering the side of the road? Why haven’t our leaders identified the problem areas and organized citizens to go out and clean things up?
Make the most of this time of crisis. You can go out on your own or organize a party on social media to go out and do some good while at the same time maintaining the social distancing policy.
