He lost me.

Tim Ryan should give us a break!Common civility and history dictates that Nancy Pelosi is supposed to say, “I have the distinct honor and privilege to introduce the President of the United States …” Her tepid introduction was crass.

It would also dictate that the President treat her the same as his Vice President. So when President Trump laid the State of the Union speech in their hands last week and turned to the people, for her to stick out her hand after he turned was one upmanship. For Ryan to walk out was disrespectful. For Nancy Pelosi to tear up the speech, formally presented document required by the Constitution, is nearly unforgivable.

Both Tim Ryan and Nancy Pelosi lost me — irreparably.
