Bill’s passage will help change lives
DEAR EDITOR:
Flying HIGH, Inc., a professioinal development center in Youngstown, acknowledges U.S. Sen. Rob Portman for his leadership in introducing the bipartisan ED ACCESS Act, a bill that will change the lives of millions of U.S. citizens previously incarcerated for felony drug charges.
The bill would ensure former inmates have access to the education they need to put their pasts behind them. We look forward to seeing this widely-supported legislation signed into law soon.
