Zackery T. Blum 2001-2026

He was born Nov. 6, 2001, in Buffalo, New York, the son of Mitchell D. Blum.

Zack had many interests and passions, including playing sports, especially basketball and football; the outdoors, biking and hiking; and reading about various cultures, religions and the meaning of life. He especially enjoyed music, playing guitar and mixing his own music. He even produced and starred in four music videos.

Zack was a talented young man who was full of life and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his father, Mitch, and stepmother, Suzanne, of Austintown; and his mother, Arnita Blum of Buffalo, New York. He also leaves behind two sisters, Jessica (Kurt) Ammons and Maria (Terrence) Reid, both of North Carolina; a brother, David Blum of Austintown; a niece; several nephews; and many friends.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2026, at Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave.

Friends may call 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Zack will be laid to rest in Green Haven Memorial Gardens in Canfield.
