Ted was born Oct. 15, 1942, in Campbell, the son of Nazarene and Virginia Putko Frazzini.

His formative years were spent being a sidekick to his grandfather, Enrico Frazzini. He was part of a large family that included many aunts, uncles and cousins. As one of their star football players, he graduated in 1960 from Campbell Memorial High School. He attended Youngstown State University and was part of Sig Tau. His fraternity brothers remained his friends throughout his life. He was owner and manager of Knolls Paint Center, the zoning inspector for the city of Canfield and enjoyed coaching the girls’ fast-pitch softball.

He married Betty Carver on Jan. 21, 1963. Together they had three children, Kimberly Ann Carney, Kelly Jean Frazzini and Daniel Joseph (Colette) Frazzini.

He loved spending time with his family, loved playing golf, and taking casino trips and playing cards with his wife.

Ryan) Swinton, Teddi (Thomas) Ruddy and Daniel (Sarah Sandlin) Frazzini.

Whether he was at the golf course, a casino, the baseball field, betting the horses, or sitting in the backyard enjoying his cigar; he touched numerous lives.

He leaves his seven great-grandchildren, Gianni Frazzini and sister on the way, Adelaide, Antoinette and Thomas Theodore Ruddy, David Theodore and Lincoln Swinton.

He also leaves sisters-in-law, Sandy Smith and Kay Carver; brother-in-law, Jack Kozak; and four nieces, Susan (John) Carney, Nancy Kozak Reali, Heather (Bryan) Lacy and Holly Borchert.
