Samuel A. Frazzini Jr.
STRUTHERS — Samuel Alfred Frazzini Jr., 76, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
He was born Oct. 4, 1949, in Youngstown, to the late Samuel Alfred Frazzini Sr. and Laura Frazzini.
Sam was a skilled machinist, a profession that was more than a job to him; it was truly his passion. He took great pride in his work and the craftsmanship it required.
On March 7, 1970, he married the love of his life, Paula, beginning a lifelong partnership built on love, family and shared memories.
Sam was known for his striking blue eyes, which people often complimented. He enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, including walking through flea markets and taking peaceful walks in the park. One of his favorite hobbies was playing Texas Hold’em, and he participated in many tournaments over the years. Sam also loved golfing and often talked proudly about the times he won the longest drive in golf competitions. It was something he truly enjoyed and a story he loved sharing with family and friends.
He treasured the time he spent with his grandchildren. One of his favorite traditions was watching “SpongeBob SquarePants” with them — moments that brought laughter and joy to both him and the kids.
Sam is survived by his four children, Denise (Travis), Jody (Jeremiah), Nicole (Vince) and Paul (Kristen). He was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by his brothers: Phil (Lily), Richie (Martha), Morris (Sandy) and Danny, along with many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Paula Frazzini, and his parents, Samuel Alfred Frazzini Sr. and Laura Frazzini.
Sam will be remembered for his love of family, his dedication to his craft and the many memories he created with those who knew and loved him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
The family will receive relatives and friends 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave., Boardman, followed by a 7 p.m. funeral service.
