Judith Nelson 1949-2025

She was born Sept. 6, 1949, in Youngstown, and throughout her life she touched countless hearts with her kindness, warmth and unwavering devotion to those she cherished.

Judy lived a life grounded in faith, compassion and quiet strength. She was known for her love for her family and her pup, Muffy. Her absence will be felt deeply by all who were blessed to know her.

She is lovingly survived by David Nelson, her devoted husband of 39 years and caregiver throughout her last few years; children, Tammy (Chad), Glenn Jr. (Linda), and Hank, Brian (Karell) and Bobby (Loni); 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her youngest brother, Jack Webb (Brenda); and a host of extended family and treasured friends.

She is reunited in Heaven with those who passed before her, including her mother, Betty Brush; Aunt Agnes and Uncle Elmer Nelson; and her oldest brother, Robert Webb.

The family will gather to honor and celebrate her life noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025, at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman, with a 2 p.m. memorial service.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered prayers, comfort and support during this time of sorrow. Though she has departed from this earthly home, her memory will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved her.
