Aaron Lee 1983-2024
ALLIANCE — Aaron Michelle Lee, 41, passed away Friday, Dec. 20, 2024.
She was born May 7, 1983, in Arlington, Texas, lovingly raised by her mother, Melody Aaron Walp, with whom she had a special relationship.
Aaron was known for her striking blue eyes, her big heart and her love for life. She worked as a State Tested Nursing Assistant at several places and truly cared for her residents. They adored her, just like everyone else who got to know her. She had a special place in her heart for the quirky and odd, whether it was people or pets — and always made them feel loved.
Family was everything to her. She was a proud mom who raised her girls with love, tough lessons and unwavering support. She loved spending time with her daughters, whether they were watching movies, shopping or just laughing over something silly. She always made time for self-care, with her nails, hair and jewelry always on point; she believed in feeling good and looking good.
She had a contagious laugh and a silly side that could brighten anyone’s day. Summertime was her favorite; she loved soaking up the sun with her hazelnut coffee in hand, cheering on her beloved Steelers or listening to older R&B. She also shared a special love for butterflies, a sweet connection to her mom and all the things they both cherished.
She was strong, courageous and spunky, with a heart full of forgiveness and kindness. Whether she was caring for others, spending time with her husband and daughters or just chatting with family, she always made people feel special. She left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her and will always be remembered for her beauty, inside and out.
She leaves behind to remember the good times, her husband, Nicholas Lee; her daughters, Aubrey Gromley, Alexis Lee, Constance Gromley and Samantha Hilty, all of Alliance; her brothers, James (Sue) Vaughn of Hubbard and Robert (Trish) Walp of Liberty; her sister, Lori Spayde of Struthers; along with many extended family and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother; maternal grandparents, Gladys and Arthur Aaron; and her beloved canine companion, Buddy.
Friends will be received from 9 to 10:45 a.m., followed immediately by a funeral service celebrating her life, beginning at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 27, 2024, at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
She will be laid to rest in Poland Riverside Cemetery.
