Denise M. Withers 1953-2024

She is survived by her son, Jeff Phillips; daughter-in-law, Daniele Phillips; and grandson, Ben Phillips. Denise was a graduate of Struthers High School. She enjoyed landscaping her beautiful yard and hanging out with family. Denise was known for her kind soul and warm and forgiving heart. She always had a smile on her face, even through her final days.

Besides her children, Denise is survived by her siblings, Sandy, Terry, Darlene and Daryl; and several nieces and nephews who affectionately referred to her as “Aunt Denny.”

A celebration of life will be held privately for family and friends.

Those wishing to honor Denise are invited to make donations in her name to the American Cancer Society.
