Elizabeth Schultz Foster 1929-2023
YOUNGSTOWN — Beth Ann Schultz Foster, 94, of Youngstown and recently of Moorhead, Minnesota, passed away Nov. 6, 2023.
Born May 15, 1929, Beth was a longtime Youngstown public librarian, musician, church member, avid reader, book club member and Scrabble player.
Beth lived nearly her whole adult life in Youngstown, where she made many friends.
She returned to her birth state, Minnesota, in May 2023, to live with relatives and friends whom she had often visited.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Mildred Schultz; siblings, Amy, Paul and Marjorie; and her beloved husband, Bill Foster.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024, at First Unitarian Universalist Church of Youngstown, 1105 Elm St. The service will be filled with the music Beth loved.
