Marilyn C. Hall 1948-2024

UNION, Ky. — Marilyn Christine Hall, 75, passed away peacefully, Saturday, July 27, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Born Aug. 8, 1948, in Youngstown, Marilyn lived a life full of love, joy and resilience.

A beloved mother, grandmother and friend, Marilyn was known for her kindness, sense of humor and dedication to family and friends. She touched the lives of everyone she met with her kind heart, helping anyone in need.

Marilyn was an avid bowler and her passion for grandchildren was evident in the way she showed her devotion. She took great pride in her entire family and the relationships she had with all of them.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hall; parents, Thomas and Jean Lealand; brother, Thomas Lealand; and sister, Laura Moore.

Marilyn leaves behind her son, Gary (Denise) Hall; grandchildren, Austin and Ashley Hall; and sister, Jean Lealand; as well as many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory and continue to honor her legacy.

Friends and family may call 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, 2024, at Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. Aug. 17 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Elizabeth Foundation, c/o Hospice 1 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017, in Marilyn’s honor.

Marilyn will be deeply missed but fondly remembered with a lunch at Wedgewood Evangelical Church following the memorial service. May she rest in peace, knowing she made a lasting impact on the lives of those who knew and loved her.
