Josephine M. Pedicini 1952-2024
HUBBARD – Josephine M. Pedicini, age 72, of Hubbard, gallivanted off to Heaven Tuesday, April 23, 2024, to finally be united with her best friend, Marie Johnson, whom she missed so dearly and to be with her husband Jimmy, who has been waiting for her with a grocery list since 2017.
As much as she loved leopard print, we are sure she and Marie are putzing around in the sky with Gabe’s and TJ Maxx bags in hand. Jo’s love was generous and she never missed an opportunity to let those around her know she cared for them. Her laugh was contagious, and her stories were always entertaining. To know her was to feel loved by her.
Josephine was born March 19, 1952, in Sharon, Pa., a daughter of Andrew and Anna Samulka Baker. She was a 1970 graduate of Hubbard High School.
She was dedicated to her work as a Sales Manager at Kay Jewelers for 27 years, retiring in 2020.
She was of Catholic faith. Her husband, James E. Pedicini, whom she married Sept. 16, 1988, passed away Nov. 17, 2017.
She will be warmly remembered and deeply missed by her family: daughters, Michele (Jon) Miller of Hubbard and Anna Pedicini (fiancee, Sarah Walsh) of Avon Lake; and two grandchildren, Jon Andrew Miller and Madeline Anne Miller, both of Hubbard.
She also leaves behind her sister and longest friend, Ann Marie (Kenneth) Beeson of Hubbard. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband.
Per her wishes, there are no calling hours or services.
