Paul D. Bevak 1955-2024

Paul was born Jan. 25, 1955, in Punxsutawney, Pa., the son of Alfred and Helen Bosak Bevak. He was a 1973 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School.

He worked for and retired from Complete Demolition.

Paul was a member of Christ the Good Shepherd Parish in Campbell (formerly St. John the Baptist Church).

He enjoyed fishing.

Paul will be deeply missed and always remembered by his wife, the former Mari Ellen McCudden of Campbell, whom he married Sept. 25, 1982; his sons, Fr. Jon-Paul Bevak of Cincinnati and Steven Bevak (fiancee Jennifer Kadilak) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his sister, Marge Suhich of Lowellville.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his two brothers, John and Alfred Bevak.

The Bevak family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, at the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell. Prayers will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2024, at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish (159 Reed Ave., Campbell), officiated by Paul’s son, Fr. Jon-Paul Bevak.
