Mary Ann Marciano 1935-2023

Mary was born April 15, 1935, to parents Frank and Katherine Yakopcin Wadjun and was a lifelong area resident of Youngstown.

Mary was a graduate of Hubbard High and married her husband, Gilbert Marciano in 1959. Mary and Gilbert were married for 39 years until his death in 2000.

Mary worked as an office clerk at Cold Metal Products and later at L.T.V., where she eventually retired from.

She was a member of St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory her brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Pat Wadjun of Canfield, her companion of many years, John Turko of Hubbard and several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Katherine and a brother, John Wadjun. There was a private service for Mary on Dec. 12, 2023, at Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home, with Father Sifron leading prayer service.

Interment was at Belmont Park in Youngstown.
