Diane E. Motznik Lizotte 1938-2023

Diane was born Dec. 6, in Lodi, a daughter of the late John and Dorothy Cary Motznik, and lived in the area most of her life.

She was a graduate of Buckeye High School and dedicated her adult life to raising and caring for her family.

Diane’s family and the family farm were her life. She greatly enjoyed spending time at the farm and she especially enjoyed the time she spent with her children and grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Victoria (Leo) De Cardenas of Florida; her three sons, Michael (Bonnie) Lizotte of Boardman, Kris (Lisa) Lizotte of Brunswick and David Lizotte and his partner Jim, of California; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; her sister, Linda Motznik of Litchfield; and many extended family members and friends.

Her husband of 55 years, Kenneth L. Lizotte, passed away March 14, 2012.

Private services were held Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023, at Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown.
