Mary Louise Balogh 1932-2023

Mary Louise, also known as “Weezy,” was born Jan. 6, 1932, in Youngstown, a daughter of Perl and Mabel Rohrbaugh Barnett.

She grew up in Struthers and was a devout member of Struthers United Methodist Church. She belonged to numerous card clubs and a garden club.

Mary Louise is survived by two daughters, Cathy (Charles) Mitchell of Kalispell, Mont. and Joyce (Ray) Fox of Hubbard.

Mary Louise was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Steven C. Balogh III; and six siblings, James, Robert, Raymond, Donald, Albert and Betty.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, at Struthers United Methodist Church, in honor of Mary Louise. Refreshments will follow after the service, in the church fellowship hall. Mary Louise will be interred next to her son, Steven, in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Boardman.
