Sheree J. Egry 1956-2021
LIBERTY — Sheree J. Egry, 65, passed away peacefully at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 5, 1956, in Kittanning, Pa., the daughter of Steve Anthony and Shirley J. Silvis Egry.
Sheree was a 1977 graduate of the Fairhaven program and retired in 2018, from the workshop. She was a 2018 member of the Special Olympics team and was a third-place winner in bowling. She was a member of St. Mary Church in Mineral Ridge.
Sheree is survived by two sisters, Sheila (Brian) Bartscher of Niles and Sandee (Matt) Reiter of Lisbon; brother, Stephen (Kathleen) Egry of Mineral Ridge; 14 nieces and nephews; 18 great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Susan Sims; and her brother, Scott Egry.
A special thank you to her five caregivers, Darra, Becky, Jacque, Tosha and Schaqulla.
A private family gathering was held at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, Niles.
Burial was in All Souls Cemetery, Bazetta.
