Barbara J. Cochran 1946-2021

She was born Dec. 22, 1946, in Kittanning, Pa., to Marshall and Dorothy Crissman Johns.

Barbie is survived by her loving children, Donald (Kelly) Cochran and Debora Barwick; grandchildren, Franklin Barwick, Stacey (John Arcuri) Barwick, Sara Blackstone and Samantha Skully; great-grandchildren, Franklin, Johnny, Gaia, Mira and Landon; and brothers, Joe (Renee) Johns and Jeff Crissman.

Barbie was a longtime resident of Belle Avenue. She shared her home with her companion of 26 years, Frank Barwick Sr. She was the motherly type and always welcomed everyone with open arms. Barbie was the glue that held the family together. One of her favorite activities was sitting on the front porch listening to country music.

Besides her parents, Barbie was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Cochran; siblings, Henry Johns and Angela Baker; and grandson, Corey James.
