Jose L. Valentin Jr. 1976-2021

Mr. Valentin was born Aug. 10, 1976, in Youngstown, a son of Jose L. Valentin Sr. and Lorraine Pratt Valentin. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving parents; his children, Janiya Valentin, Emanual Valentin, Jonathan Stevens Valentin (Alea), Jose L. Valentin III (Kaycee); his siblings, Tammy Valentin, Janie Valentin, Pabl Valentin (Vickie); two stepsons, Darion Richardson, Damian Richardson; 10 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and dear friends, including his girlfriend, Lacie Parnell.

A homegoing celebration in honor of Mr. Valentin was held Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 1 p.m. at the Jaylex Event Center, 2110 Glenwood Ave., Youngstown.
