Brenda Lee Johnson 1963-2021

Brenda Lee was born Aug. 16, 1963, in Sharon, Pa., the daughter of Mick and Gail Johnson. She was a 1981 graduate of Bristol High School and went on to be the first woman to be accepted and graduate for mechanical engineering at the TCTC. She was truly admired and loved by family and friends.

Brenda attended Victory Christian Center and She was a very outgoing person. She loved to play pool, read, do puzzles and most of all, spend time with her grandbabies. She loved to cheer on her Pittsburgh Steelers. Brenda was a valued patron of Teenie’s Tavern and will truly be missed.

Brenda was survived by fiance, Jose J. Cardenas; mother, Gail Johnson; siblings, Tenna Fletcher, James and Mary Johnson, John and Amanda Johnson, Samuel Johnson, Mona Ruth and James Anderson, and Bonnie and William Pop; children, Robert Phillips Jr. and Erin Phillips (Allen); and grandchildren, Latesha, TiMya and Erianna Allen, and Timothy Allen III.

She was preceded in death by father, Mick Johnson, Emery Johnson; and siblings, Robert Johnson, Emery (Leroy) Johnson and Darlene Johnson.

Brenda was cremated at Heritage Cremation Society.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Victory Christian Center, Vienna Campus, 5000 Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna, OH 44473.
