Thelma Williams 1933-2020
YOUNGSTOWN — Funeral services for Mrs. Thelma Williams will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2020, at the Jaylex Event Center, Youngstown.
Mrs. Williams passed away Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020.
She leaves to cherish her memory her two children, Janice Williams-Andrews, formerly of Youngstown and Marvin Williams of Youngstown. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Jaylex.
