Police activity reported from April 12 to April 19:

April 19: Dustin Russell, 40, 440 West Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle impaired and open container during a traffic stop on North Broad Street, and was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.

April 18: Donavan Trammell-Friedrichsen, 28, 1230 11th St., Massillon, was arrested on a charge of burglary during a domestic disturbance investigation in the 200 block of Moreland Avenue.

April 17: Daniel Prince, 44, 4055 Custer Orangeville Road, Burghill, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited for improper turn following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street.

A 17-year-old Boardman boy was issued a summons to the Juvenile Justice Center on a charge of delinquent child by way of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation at MCCTC.

April 16: A 17-year-old Austintown girl was issued a summons to the Juvenile Justice Center on charges of disorderly conduct and delinquent child by way of resisting arrest at MCCTC.

Mary Bartholomew, 60, 155 Hilltop Blvd., was arrested in the 100 block of Hilltop Boulevard on a Canfield Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.

Roxanne Westerman, 50, 343 East Ninth St., East Liverpool, was arrested during a traffic stop on North Broad Street on charges of operating a vehicle impaired and open container, and was cited for failure to yield.

April 12: Giovanne York, 41, 501 Thompson Road, Conneaut, was arrested by Mercer County police and transported to the Mahoning County jail on charges of two counts of violation of a protection order from

Canfield.
