Oct. 18 — Emanuel Valentin, 28, 833 Detroit Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road on a Youngstown Municipal Court warrant and was cited for a license plate illumination violation.
Oct. 15 — Damian Coffman, 31, 951 Flanders Ave., Akron, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on East Main Street on a charge of driving while under an OVI suspension and was cited for two headlights required.
Oct. 13 — Janerio Dendy, 22, 401 Mathews Road, Boardman, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on East Main Street on a charge of driving under an OVI suspension and was cited for failure to signal when changing course.
Oct. 10 — Aydin Creque, 18, 13576 Church Ave., Beloit, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on Brookpark Drive on charges of drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia (bowl / grinder) and was cited for fictitious plates.

Oct. 8 Ethan Zinz, 21, 7350 Cool Road, Canfield, was cited for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash on East Main Street.
Melissa D’Alessio, 47, 50873 Stagecoach Road, East Liverpool, was arrested during a welfare check on Ohio 11 and Boardman-Canfield Road, on a Columbiana County Sheriff’s warrant for failure to appear on aggravated possession of drugs.
Oct. 7 A 16-year-old Warren boy was issued a summons at MCCTC, 7300 North Palmyra Road, on charges of drug abuse (THC oil) and drug paraphernalia (Dab pen).
Oct. 6 Anthony Ferraro, 64, 530 East Regency Circle, Canfield, was cited for failure to control following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Holly Street and Indian Lake Boulevard.
Oct. 2 James Fusco, 76, 100 Kings Lane, Canfield, was cited for improper lane usage following a two-vehicle crash on Chapel Lane

Sept. 26 — A 14-year-old Boardman boy was issued a summons at Mahoning County Career & Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road, on charges of drug abuse (THC oil) and possession of drug paraphernalia (bab pen).
Sept. 22 — Joshua Cayson, 18, 110 Covington Cove, Austintown, was issued a summons for drug abuse (THC oil / vape) and was cited for no visible registration on license plate, following a traffic stop on East Main Street.
Sept. 22 — A 16-year-old Youngstown girl was issued a summons at the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road, on an underage tobacco possession charge.
Sept. 21 — Edward Narry, 90, 94 Leighton Ave., Boardman, was cited for failure to yield when turning left following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of South Broad and Lisbon streets.
Sept. 19 — Vincent Linden, 20, 1552 Lynn Ave., Youngstown, was cited for failure to yield when turning left following a car versus motorcycle crash at the intersection of West Main and South Broad streets.
