Kovacs, 40, 205 Shields Road, Boardman, was arrested on charges of failure to comply, receiving stolen property, theft and possession of criminal tools, and Benjamin L. White, 25, 423 Illinois Ave., Girard, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop on Shields Road on a vehicle suspected of being involved with a theft at Walmart.

3:34 p.m. — Jaime M. Garcia, 27, 1441 Willow Court, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft and on a Lordstown warrant for failure to appear, following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

11:06 a.m. — Moira A. Cleary, 49, 120 Georgetown Place, Austintown, voluntarily turned herself in on a Boardman warrant for telecommunications harassment.

April 24, 7:30 p.m. — Man identifying himself as a U.S. marshal reported at Holiday Inn, 7410 South Ave. Logan D. Malik, 25, 39055 Harvey Ave., Lisbon, was arrested on a charge of impersonating a peace officer. Malik was confirmed to be employed by the Washingtonville Police Department, Boardman police records show.
6:17 p.m. — Domestic disturbance reported at 173 Shadyside Drive. Cherie R. Barron, 33, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.
2:48 a.m. — Vehicle with a broken tail light reported on Market Street. Rayvenn D. Ortiz, 25, 123 Melrose Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs, obstructing official business and operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for a broken tail light, driving while under suspension and possession of marijuana.
