July 15, 8:16 p.m. -- David D. Bell, 24, 611 Belmont Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at 4030 Market St. on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest, and on a Trumbull County warrant for a parole violation involving dangerous drugs.

5:20 p.m. -- Erica E. Smith, 38, 163 Erskine Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

4:28 p.m. -- Austin R. Sturgeon, 39, 166 Bonnie Brae Ave., Warren, was arrested at 5405 Southern Blvd. on charges of assault on a police officer, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

12:46 p.m. -- Andrew R. Scott, 29, 49 W. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at Mahoning County Court 2 on a Boardman theft warrant.

July 14, 4:05 p.m. -- Kevin Jimenez, 30, 55 Green Bay Drive, Boardman, was arrested at 137 Nevada Ave. on charges of criminal trespassing and obstructing official business.

3 p.m. -- Constandino P. Diamantes, 62, 880 E. Philadelphia Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, on a Boardman theft warrant and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

12:19 p.m. -- Isaiah M. Hewlett, 24, 1470 Woodcrest Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at 5901 Market St. on a domestic violence charge, and Shaunise A. L. Moore, 21, of the same address, was arrested on a violation of a protection order charge.

3:17 a.m. -- Mark S. Lett, 38, 3420 Lenox Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Mill Creek Police on a Boardman domestic violence warrant.

July 13, 5:31 p.m. -- Scott B. Jackson, 59, 7109 Market St., Boardman, was arrested at 68 Boardman-Poland Road on a criminal trespassing charge and was cited for possession of an open liquor container.

1:39 a.m. -- Megan M. Kashasha, 36, 4792 New Road, Austintown, was arrested following a pursuit that ended with a traffic stop on West Manor Avenue on charges of OVI, reckless operation, failure to comply with a police signal and endangering children.

July 12, 2:44 p.m. -- Christina S. Davis, 38, 1606 Kenilworth Ave., Warren, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

July 11, 8:48 p.m. -- Amber L. Foster, 42, homeless, was arrested at the Southern Park Mll, 7401 Market St., on charges of assault on a peace officer, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

8:45 p.m. -- Keonte A. Sims, 25, 1333 Humboldt Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge and a Boardman theft warrant at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

8:32 p.m. -- Michael A. Austin, 36, 3527 West Blvd., Cleveland, was arrested at 1846 Halbert Drive on a domestic violence charge.

3:38 p.m. -- Joshua M. McCranie, 33, 640 Clearmont Drive, Youngstown, was arrested at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, on a Boardman theft and misuse of a credit card (five counts) warrant.

2:33 p.m. -- David A. Casto, 53, 2319 Hunters Ridge, Boardman, was arrested on charges of violation of a protection order, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

1:17 p.m. -- Charlie L. Carlisle, 46, 87 Leighton Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman theft warrant.

4:30 a.m. -- Corey D. Cope, 34, 1674 Market St., Youngstown, was arrested on Market Street on charges of obstructing official business and possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:05 a.m. -- Andrew E. Smith, 37, 36 Hilton Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Campbell police on a Boardman domestic violence warrant.

July 10, 8:41 p.m. -- Antonio J. R. Jackson, 28, 5000 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

6:51 p.m. -- Zachary J. Markovich, 31, 1790 E.Western Reserve Road, Boardman, was arrested on Western Reserve Road on a domestic violence charge.

4:34 p.m. -- Michael D. Harding, 27, 4068 St. Andrews Court, Canfield, was booked on post on a charge of telecommunications harassment.

3:36 p.m. -- Lateaka D. Madison, 34, 201 E. Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on West Midlothian Boulevard on a Campbell warrant for failure to appear.

11:21 a.m. -- Justin A. Brown, 36, 128 N. Pearl St., Youngstown, was arrested at Lowe's, 1100 Doral Drive, on a theft charge, a prior Boardman theft warrant and on a Liberty warrant.

8:21 a.m. -- Shawn L. Green, 52, 2213 Clarendon Lane, Columbus, was arrested on a Boardman theft warrant.

7:20 a.m. -- William E. Kachelries, 35, homeless, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman theft warrant.

July 9, 10:51 p.m. -- Ronald R. Green, 30, 3011 Julian St., Youngstown, was arrested by Canfield police on a Boardman theft warrant and a Youngstown failure to appear warrant.

7:35 p.m. -- Charlie L. Peterson, 41, 1300 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested during a bicycle traffic stop on South Avenue on four Liberty possession of drugs warrants, was issued a summons for drug paraphernalia and was later charged with receiving stolen property.

6 p.m. -- Julie A. Withrow, 39, 62 E. Market St., Alliance, was arrested at the Stark County jail on a Boardman theft warrant.

5:40 p.m. -- Kelly S. Smith, 36, 6091 W. Calla Road, Green, was arrested at Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road, on a Boardman theft warrant.

11:51 a.m. -- A 16-year-old Austintown boy was arrested on a theft charge at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.

8:42 a.m. -- Samarr J. Weatherly, 26, undisclosed address, was arrested at 80 Washington Blvd. on a charge of domestic violence threats.

June 23, 10:40 a.m. -- Keivon T. Mitchell, 21, 831 Stiles Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at the Trumbull County jail on Boardman warrants for forgery and receiving stolen property.

12:01 a.m. -- Alphonso West, 56, 375 Mathews Road, Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard on a Boardman theft warrant.

June 22, 7:50 p.m. -- Brandon M. Jefferson, 29, 1925 Southern Boulevard, Warren, was arrested at the Trumbull County jail on a Boardman domestic violence warrant and on a strangulation charge.

7:44 p.m. -- Roberta O. Ruiz, 28, 7357 E. Parkside Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

5:47 p.m. -- James B. McBride, 58, 2804 Bears Den Court, Youngstown, was arrested at 8064 South Ave. on an undisclosed Austintown warrant.

5:06 p.m. -- A 16-year-old Boardman girl was arrested at an Orlo Lane residence on an unruly juvenile charge.

June 21, 9:16 p.m. -- Andrew R. Scott, 28, 333 W. Myrtle Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.

5:15 p.m. -- Laurie A. Barnes, 45, 208 Flamingo Drive, Apollo Beach, Fla., was arrested on charges of theft and drug abuse instruments at Shoe Carnival, 550 Boardman-Poland Road, and Joshua M. McCranie, 33, 640 Clearmont Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman theft warrant and was charged with theft.

4:04 p.m. -- Byron D. Jones, 29, 615 Ferndale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at 4131 Glenwood Ave. on a Mahoning County failure to appear warrant and was charged with obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

3:55 p.m. -- Shawana L. Tarver, 34, 916 Winona Drive, Youngstown, was arrested by Liberty police on a multiple theft counts warrant.

June 20, 5:12 p.m. -- Darnell L. Jennings, 28, 1050 Compass West, Austintown, was arrested on an aggravated burglary charge at an undisclosed residence.

4:25 p.m. -- Jacqueline P. Costello, 40, 332 Mistletoe Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

11:50 a.m. -- Robert A. White, 38, 409 W. Wilson St., Struthers, was arrested on an obstructing official business charge and on a Struthers warrant for a probation violation.

9:15 a.m. -- Alicia R. Wiseman, 41, 1132 Hubbard-Thomas Road, Hubbard was arrested on post on a Boardman theft warrant.

2:56 a.m. -- Melvin R. McKee, 47, 5975 Glenridge Road, Boardman, was arrested during a crash investigation for a vehicle that struck a pole at the intersection of Mathews and Sheridan roads on charges of operating a vehicle impaired, having a weapon while intoxicated, driving under suspension and failure to control.

June 19, 6:27 p.m. -- Jolanda A. Croal, 40, 93 Goretti Drive, Campbell, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a Youngstown warrant for violation of a court order.

5:51 p.m. -- Shalie S.R. Gentry, 21, 829 Cook Ave., Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Afton Avenue on a Mahoning County Court 2 warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense and was cited for speeding and driving under suspension.

10:39 a.m. -- A 16-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested on a theft charge at Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.

June 18, 5 p.m. -- A 16-year-old Boardman boy and a 14-year-old Struthers boy were each arrested at Boardman Township Park on vandalism charges regarding damage done to a pavilion in the park.
