Well, it has been a long time coming and the Western Reserve Road widening project appears to be nearly completed. What a relief after all the detours and traffic issues. But has anyone noticed the railroad crossing near Southern Boulevard? What the heck? Did someone not realize that the crossing gate needed to be moved?
