NILES — Because of decreased student enrollment in the carpentry apprenticeship program, the Trumbull County Educational Service Center governing board at its June meeting approved a reduction in force of an administrative position. The board cut an assistant coordinator of the vocational apprenticeship program effective July 31. Fiscal Officer Stacy Foster said the cut will save the center $125,000.
